Accounts page disappeared

When I opened this morning I got only a blank page with 'save' and 'file'
at the upper left. I found and opened the "General Ledger" page and it
looks like all the data is there but I cannot find how to get the opening
page with all my accounts. GC 2.4.11 Windows 8. 715KB data present in data
file. I have been using GC for many years and this is the first time I have
seen something like this.
