Preconfigured Reports

I am a new user still coming to grips with the software. When I customise a
report and subsequently save it using Save Report As button, the pop-up
window appears called Preconfigured Reports. It lists all my saved reports
and saves the new one.

The question is how do I get this to show up without saving a new report? I
just want an easy access to my saved reports. They do not show in Reports
menu.
