The "custom reports" listed in "saved-reports-2.4" are not listed in "customer repoorts"

I have around 8 customer reports generated and they was listed iin
"customer reports".
But finally one day they disapear.
When i make a new customer report then is this new report listed in
"customer reports" as long i dont close gnucash.
Next time i open gnucash, the "customer reports" is empty again.
In the file "saved-reports-2.4" i can see all tthe generadet custom reports.
How can i fix this so that i can see and use my custom reports?
