Retrieving Accounts Lists From My Banks Fails

I'm setting up my online accounts at Regions Bank.  I've setup the bank in
GnuCash  with information I found on a forum which stated:  "Dear Forum:
The particulars for Regions Bank here in NE Georgia are:
FI Id: 1001
FI Org: AmSouth
FI Url: https://securebank.regions.com/OfxPipeline/ofx.ofx
You may need to use a Bank ID which is their ABA routing number."

This seemed to work but when I enter my password to retrieve the accounts
list, I get the below message:


"08:35:20 Status for signon request: General error (Code 2000, severity
"ERROR")
Error other than those specified by the remaining error codes. (Note:
Servers should provide a more specific error whenever possible. Error code
2000 should be reserved for cases in which a more specific code is not
available.)
08:35:20 Operation finished, you can now close this window."

I do not know what to try next.  Any help is appreciated.
