How to share reports online?

Sorry to hear about your Mom.

GnuCash generally avoids activities that trigger unnecessary security
issues.  So there is nothing in the program other than output to any
printing application that you have set up on your computer.  Users can
also save (Export) reports in HTML format. 
Then you can send these files via any method that you consider
sufficiently secure. 
Ordinary E-Mail is not sufficiently secure in the eyes of users like
me.  Many users (but not me) consider cloud file sharing through certain
cloud services to be secure enough for their purposes.  If you, your
siblings and attorney can all agree on some sufficiently secure method
to share the files, use that.  Personally, I would set up a sneaker-net
with USB keys or CD-ROM's, or use fax or snail-mail.
Actually, you could share the entire file (or copies of the file) if
they are willing to set up GnuCash on their computers. 
When my sister and I were in a similar situation with our Mom about a
dozen years ago, she and I were both using that Q program, whatever it
is, so we shared copies of QDF (and the companions) files.
