OFX import messages in General Journal Report

Hi,

When I view the General Journal report (Reports->Assets &
Liabilities->General Journal, there are many anotations that look
like the following:

OFX ext. info: |Trans type:Electronic payment|This corrects transaction #200911168but GnuCash didn't process the correction!

When I look that the transaction, it does look to be correctly entered, and it is balanced.

Are these transactions that the importer did not find the balancing account for? (but I subsequently assigned the balancing accountfor)
