I use GnuCash 2.4.13 in Windows 7 64 bit.
I am told GnuCash Generally takes only one file.
A programmer who used my PC created 3 files - 2 of them unwanted.
Can I leave them alone?
For deleting unwanted files one is supposed to use gconf editor. Web search
for gconf editor for Windows yielded GConf-3.2.5.tar.xz which is an XZ file.
But Windows cannot open it nor do I have a suitable app to open it! The
Properties tells me it opens with filescout. File Scout is a Unix perl
script which allows for the monitoring of configuration files for
date/time/access/checksum changes.
Downloading filescout yielded no Application!
I need help.
