qif file selective transaction importing

Hi, yes, the little QIF pre-processing tool which I have been slow to 
finish could easily do that, no problem.

Since it already identifies and isolates transactions meeting specific 
criteria, it could simply create a new QIF file containing specific 
transactions.

I'll be sure to add that feature.  Thanks for the suggestion and glad to 
see someone else is interested.  I've got a few other things happening 
right now and following how the GnuCash development works itself too for 
now but will be sure to get back to that little tool soon.  I'd like it 
to be as useful to others as possible.
