Can I get help with GNUcash installation from a source code compile to
enable PostgreSQL. transactional back end.

I am a Licensed Surveyor and Mapper in the State of Florida. I want to
build a Linux System that integrates Geographic Information for Surveyors
(Land Surveyors) and Mappers so that Surveyors/Mappers have a Linux Open
Source Solution for Information needs.

My first step is to configure GNUcash on an Ubuntu 13.04 operating System
that can work with a PostgreSQL backend.

My understanding is that GNUcash can now be built from source to enable
PostgreSQL as a transaction back end.

Can help be had to Configure GNUcash this way.

My hardware is a System76 Desktop computer running Ubuntu 13,04 desktop
edition, with a Windows dual boot.

I would eventually like to eliminate the Windows Dual boot on a
Surveyor/Mapper solution package. I see it as a open source system, which I
would support for users for a subscription price. The programs would all be
open source with the option of the annual subscription.

I am currently writing a plug in for the LibreCAD open source community,
which will also be open source with the subscription option.

My COGO (Coordinate Geometry) plug in for LibreCAD will be ready by the end
of this year. Nothing real fancy, but very functional for Surveyors/Mappers
CAD (Computer Aided Drafting) needs.

Can I get help with GNUcash installation from a source code compile to
enable PostgreSQL. transactional back end.
