Mint to QIF

Hi all,

Since I used Mint for a while before converting to GnuCash I have a lot of
history over there. I'm pleased enough with GnuCash that I wanted to try to
import it. I did a little manual massage in Excel and got it into csv
format, but it turns out that's very limitted, so I would like to convert
from Mint csv format to QIF.

Before I dive into python and try to hack this out, I thought I would ask
if it has been done before. I also have not touched python in about 3
years, so it would be much easier if I had a good starter file to work with.
