Importing customers, vendors and products

Hi Robert,

I wrote a little program in C# with Mono that reads customers with
addresses from a CSV and adds them to GnuCash using the Python
bindings. Since I use the Python bindings, this currently only works
under Linux.

The program is fairly crude and has no user interface (everything is
controlled in the source code), but it got the job done for me (I had
to import a bunch of customers from a CSV file as a one-time task).

I'd be happy to share my code if anybody is interested, but be warned
that you need to be familiar with C# in order to be able to use it and
you need to get the Python bindings working...

Best,
Jonas
