Column Widths Not being saved

As you probably know, the register column width settings are treated
differently in Release 2.5.x family so a fix in the 2.4.x family would
be very short lived.  It would be good for those who are testing release
2.5.2 and following to check on how column widths are working there.  I
know that I would like it if each account's register settings were
separately retained.
