General ledger presentation bug

My point is that there is a report named General Ledger which does not
resemble the General Ledger which is available under the Tools menu.  If
that report has a 'focus' that is reason to keep it then the name should
be changed to reflect that 'focus'.  By the way, what is that 'focus'?
