Transaction Report Currency Display

AFAIK there is no way to print an amount in the reports without the
currency identifier.  Note that if the Report Currency is your Locale
Currency then it will use the Currency Symbol.  So in your case, if you
set your locale to en_AU then it should use $ instead of AUD, which
should import into your spreadsheet just fine.
