How prevent auto open of last file?

6) Create two launchers on the Desktop (not certain how to do that in
windows but I am sure google would show you), one which runs gnucash
\path\to\file1 and the other gnucash \path\to\file2

7) THERE IS NO OPTION 7
unless someone knows better.
