Building GnuCash on Windows

Hi Michael.

Thanks for getting back to me.

I have deleted my msysDTK-1.0.1.exe file, so that I made it get downloaded
again and have the same problem.

I also ran msysDTK-1.0.1.exe outside of MSYS and it appeared to work OK, as
there was no "Bad file number" error message.

Please could you let me know if there is anything else I can try.
