Fonts

I have GC installed on two machines; a Mac and a Linux Mint. Both are
using GC 2.4.10.  The fonts displayed in the registers on the Mac are
rather small, and on the Linux box, rather larger. 

Question:  what controls the font size and is there a way to change the
font type/size?
