GnuCash config files location (again)

If I knew how to write the patch I would do it! It was a longstanding feature
request of mine on Uservoice to be able to overwrite existing reports. A
little dialog - this report already exists. Overwrite Y/N or something would
be great. As it stands I have reports like Expenses YTD, then add a new
account to it, call it Expenses YTD2, save it, go back and delete the
original report, and so on...
