That may be a false positive, but no guarantee.  I have GnuCash 2.4.13
installed on my computer and my copy of McAfee does not complain about
anything related to it. 

You can download a fresh copy and re-install it.  If you are worried, a
developer may be able to give you a checksum for the download.
