Filter accounts in drop-down lists

I don't think "hidden" will keep the account out of the drop-down list,
only out of the CoA listing (and possibly out of the reports).

Marking it as a placeholder will make it read-only and remove it from
the dropdown, and no, it will not affect your existing transactions.  If
you want to have GnuCash effectively completely ignore it then you can
mark it both a placeholder and hidden.
