Undesired forced French version

Hi,

 

I just discovered your programme and like it very much. Very professional
and well designed!

 

I live in France and would like to run the programme under its english
version.

When I launch the setup, I am asked to choose the language (English), but as
the programme opens, the French version operates !

I uninstalled the programme several times but always end up with the French
version, just like I was forced to it!

 

What do you suggest in order to run the English one?

 

Platform: PC (Windows 7) / GNU Cash Version: 2.4.13
