Opening balance reconciling investment account incorrect.

Hi David,

   I have added what I am seeing into the bugzilla database:

   Since the only feedback Gnucash is giving me is a popup window stating
that there is a bug importing the QIF file, and the trace file is not
comprehensible to non-developers, I have no way of knowing whether the
cause is already represented in bugzilla.

  Since I am looking at Gnucash as a potential user, I am alarmed to see
that there are over 1000 open bugs in Bugzilla.  I wonder if this is a
warning about the reliability of the software.
