Online Account setup

Hi there, 

          I am a newbie to GNUCash and just installed all the modules
including the Finance::Quote module. What I want to know is does GNUCash
allow a user to set up links to financial institutions and download  account
balances at the click of a button? I bought a copy of Quicken Money several
years ago with the hope that it would allow me to set up accounts with
online downloads but they kinda tricked me into buying it only to tell me
later that their next version will have the functionality. 

You talk about 'Tracking Investments ' and I am assuming you mean setting up
accounts with links to the institutions like Microsoft Money used to do. How
would I do it here in GNUCash?
