Print a List of Company and Vendors

Sorry, there is no such feature.  Why do you feel you need to print a
Customer List?  You can *see* the customer list via:

  Business -> Customer -> Find Customer
  [ Company Name ] [Matches Regex] .

This will give you a screen of all customers.  But it's not printable.
