Problem With Mac Mavericks

There have been a couple of threads about getting F::Q to work again under Mavericks. Google "gnucash mavericks" to see them. I was able to get things working by running gnc-fq-update, which is a shell script embedded in the Gnucash app bundle. (My situation was complicated by some lingering Finkiness that I had to clean up).

I just updated my Mac Powerbook Pro to OSX9 and the current xcode. 
After the upgrade F::Q no longer updates (the update button is grayed out.)

I'm running GC 2.4.13

I would appreciate any assistance.
