Sorry, for the delay in responding and thank you both for the helpful
replies.

Indeed, there doesn't seem to be any problems with the data file (XML not
SQL) or the account figures.

My next task ahead is to set up accounts for investments. I'll probably
start a new thread as I am already having problems with data entry and
correct setting up of the hierarchy.

P.S. I don't seem to have a 'reply all' button when replying. Hope this
