I'm afraid you've reached an English list.

My Italian isn't very good, but:

1) You can subscribe to an italian gnucash support list:  gnucash-it
   https://lists.gnucash.org/mailman/listinfo/gnucash-it

2) You can run GnuCash in Italian by setting your locale to "it", or
   configuring the GnuCash 'environment' file to set LANG=it
