Yes, ignore gnucash-devel which contains mainly the header files
describing the programming interface.

Step by step:
If you searched "gnucash" you should have a line
gnucash ... 2.4.13 (2.6.3) ...
Mark that line.
Klick on the "versions" tab below.
Mark there 2.6.3. from ...Gnome:Apps...
The gnucash line should now have the update symbol.
Klick OK
