No Suitable backend was found for file:

[msteidi1 at aim.com]

I changed to a new machine and wanted to migrate my data. I had been using ver 2.4.11 and installed 2.6.3 on the new machine. I went from win XP to win 7. After the install I copied all the files in Documents and settings\Username\.gconf\apps\gnucash and Documents and Settings\Username\.gnucsah. I am not using the Online Banking feature. 
I get this message when I try to load the file named like the one that shows on the old machine. Also I have searched the entire machine and do not find any *.xac files.
I hope someone has more ideas for me.
