import to gnucash desktop from gnucash android

I struggled with this procedure for some time. I use linux 13.04 and gnucash 2.4.13  and
recently installed gnucash in Samsung T210. I'm usingWiFi Droid for importing/exporting
files to the Samsung.  I imported the chart of accounts from the desktop without
difficulty. I found that I needed to export transactions from the Android using QIF format
rather than OFX. Set up the transfer account in Android Gnucash and the principal account
(both accounts for double entry). I had great difficulty with using OFX format, but the
process went flawlessly with QIF albeit there are numerous questions to answer.
