How to add or edit address of payee?

Hi
I am using 2.6.1 on a windows 7 pc. I imported my data from Quicken. No 
problems after initial removing dup checks etc and learning how to 
print. Now I would like to add/edit some addresses that imported with my 
check payees. Problem is I can not find where these payees are listed 
nor how to edit them. I have searched the manuals but must not be asking 
the question in the right manner. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
