Can I Export Single Account to XML for Import into Another Program?

Hello!

I have searched high and low for the answer to this question, but have been
unsuccessful.

I need to import transactions from a single GnuCash account into Quicken.  I
would like to use XML and transform the XML into QIF. I can do this for all
of my GnuCash data, but have been unable to figure out how to do this for
one account. 

Has anyone been able to accomplish this? Or perhaps there is a better way?
The transactions contain many splits, and this has been a significant
confounder for a successful import into Quicken.
