You don't actually need to "save as" anything, as long as you know where your account file is. If you don't, you can use "save as" to put it somewhere you can find it. After that, just transfer it to your mac and use File>Open to open it.

You may also want to transfer the .gnucash and .aqbanking directories from your home directory on your PC (if you don't use online banking there isn't a .aqbanking directory). .aqbanking goes to your home directory, but .gnucash goes to $HOME/Library/Application Support/gnucash (no '.'!). Note that since Mac OS X is Unix, you won't be able to see .aqbanking in Finder, but you can see it in Terminal with `ls -a`.
