Version 2.6.3 won't save when there are open Reports

Yes, things can get complicated... I guess we'll never know what precisely got the guile 
precompilations mixed up. The most important is that is works now.

GnuCash stores part of its preferences in dconf which is a central preferences system 
for gnome. You can edit these preferences using dconf-editor.
