Adding Extra Notes

I would like to add the line "If this is satisfactory please initial 
here:_____________________ and return a copy. We will then schedule your 
project."
I see where the extra notes are on line 353 of "striping-invoice.scm" 
but I cannot save this addition in the notes. I am not computer savvy 
enough to do this and I do not want to mess something up. I can add the 
above in notes to every Quote I do but would like it permanent.
