Hi Markus,

Sound to me as though one of the accounts somewhere might have been set to a 
currency which has the decimal places set wrongly or something similar.  Have 
a hunt in the accounts properties dialogues (ie edit account from the tree 
view) - Security/Currency and Smallest Fraction are where I'd look first, and 
I'd check all the way up the tree for both accounts affected by the txn.

As an aside, does 19.25 round to 19?  what about 18.99?

 Edit -> Preferences -> General -> Automatic Decimal point & Decimal places 
might be a possibility too
