transactions not visible in account register but in transaction reports

First check the View > Filter  by setting for that register account. 
This setting should be cleared, but you may have changed it and
forgotten about it.  An easy trick, since you can see the transaction in
the General Ledger, put the focus on the bank account line then try
right clicking and selecting Jump.  Do you see the transaction as you land?

Of course, the scheduled transaction will not be in the bank register
until it has been created there by the Since Last Run assistant
