Problem opening Gnucash

Hi all

I got an error message today while trying to open my Gnu Cash...

" GnuCash could not obtain the lock for file://C:\GnuCash storage\accounts
imported from quicken 102112.gnucash."

It gave me the option to continue anyway or quit. So I quit, fearing I would
mess something up.

What are my options here?
