Www is not colocated with code. Code runs svn, git, lists, and wiki.  So that is why email is still working. I know Linas, who runs www, was getting a network upgrade. Maybe this is the result?

I wonder how this email got through as of this moment (10:50 AM Central
time) I also cannot even ping the server.  I am sure this is a temporary
condition.
