Thank you, Michael. This worked great and from that I figured out how to
change other areas I was struggling with. Guess I need to do a little more
exploring. This program is unbelievably "full-bodied"! I appreciate your

To get the General Ledger to show transactions in a specified date range,
open the register (using Tools—>General Register) then right-click on the
body of the tab. Select “Filter By”, and adjust the dates accordingly.
