No yahoo quotes potential workaround

Hello gnucash users!

Please note that Finance::Quote master repository on github contains
working modules for "yahoo" and "yahoo_europe". Also I'm planning to
remove all yahoo modules except "yahoo" since all the yahoo sites now
link to the same download url.
