I had a lot of problems, but the short of the long is that Version
1.19 wanted three Perl modules that were not installed on my
system: Date::Calc, Json, and Mozilla::CA. Using the one of the
example perl scripts in libfinance, I was able to work out what was
needed and now it's all good.
