Mike, 

No. You didn't need to re-install gnucash (unless you don't have the latest
version). ActivePerl is downloaded and installed separately from gnucash.
First remove the old version of ActivePerl, then install the new which
should have the latest FQ. Finally, install Online Price Retrieval which
makes gnucash talk to ActivePerl.
