matching invoice payment to existing checking acct entry

Hi Geert,

I just reported a bug that now seems to be resolved by restarting 
GnuCash. Once I do that, A/P has the correct 0.00 balance with all of 
the entries correct.  Does that mean there is some kind of cleanup 
going on on start of GnuCash?
