Only Showed Assets Accounts in General Ledger

I am using Release 2.4.13 in Windows and when I click on Tools>General
Ledger I get every transaction in every account going back for one
month.  I think that your auditor is probably looking for everything in
the last calendar year, which you would need to right click in the list
then select the correct date range to accomplish.  If you actually print
that to paper, you may need a couple of extra trees and an extra toner
cartridge.
