Speeding up gnucash

I did find when I tried GnuCash using MySql on Windows that the initial
loading of the data was very much slower than with XML. Once loaded though
it worked fine. If you load up GnuCash then leave it open for a long period
that could well be the way to go. For me I tend to go in and out several
times a day so the long loading was a showstopper... (as with 2.6.x)
