Only Showed Assets Accounts in General Ledger

OK this worked for me:
For each account type select the top level account so that it is highlighted
and then click 'Select Children'.
E.g. Click 'Clear All', click on Assets, click 'Select Children' - the list
should expand and all the subaccounts should be selected.
To add another account type e.g. Liabilities, move to that top level
heading, then CTRL-Click to make that highlighted AS WELL (I sometimes have
to click twice while holding CTRL), then click 'Select Children' again.
Continue for other types, remembering to use CTRL so as not to deselect what
you have already selected.
