Cash Flow Report Problem

I just upgraded from Fedora 19 to 20 which upgraded me from the 2.4
GnuCash to 2.6.1.  I am finding one of my reports to have a slight
problem.

Cash Flow report is merging Income and Expense into Income entry.

Transaction:
Assets:Paypal    $29.04
Expenses:Society:Fees  $0.96
Income:Membership:Dues  -$30.00

When I run the Cash Flow Report, selecting the Assets, I would expect to
see $30.00 under Income and $0.96 under Expenses.

What I am seeing is $29.04 under Income.

This is a change in behavior from 2.4.

Is there a place (other than this list) to report bugs?
