Medical Office general business accounting

Hi,

I am considering using GnuCash for a Small Solo Medical Practice.

I intend to use OfficeAlly for Medical/Patient Billing, but am looking for
something (open source?) for the general business accounting (+/- petty
cash drawer for incidentals and copay cash tracking).

Anybody have any suggestions, recommendations or resources.
