Actually, the cut and past method that John and Maf are suggesting works
with almost any HTML page. I use that method to scrape text out of
certain web pages and paste a selection into a new (blank) Open Office
or Libre Office spreadsheet. Sometimes some formatting happens to come
along, depending on the source. There is no need to save an
intermediate file or to use the import function. Just cut and paste.
